Two 6 Technologies has concluded its first acquisition since the company’s development previously this year by the global expense agency The Carlyle Team.

Arlington, Virginia-headquartered Two Six’s buy of Trusted Concepts provides almost 130 employees that deliver application engineering, cyber, and sophisticated analytics alternatives to intelligence businesses. Conditions of the deal announced Tuesday were being undisclosed.
